Mostogradnja ING has become the owner of GP Mostogradnja AD Belgrade in bankruptcy, after submitting the best bid at the public auction held on December 25, 2024.
The acquisition was carried out through the sale of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity, thereby preserving the tradition and continuity of one of the most renowned names in Serbian construction. The assets of GP Mostogradnja in bankruptcy include facilities in Batajnica, Novi Beograd, as well as the administrative building in Vlajkovićeva Street.
Today, Mostogradnja ING employs more than 300 people and operates over 135 units of modern machinery, enabling the company to execute large and technically demanding projects across the country and the region. Thanks to these capacities, the company has established itself as one of the major actors in infrastructure development in Serbia.
This acquisition marks an important step in the company’s further growth, strengthening its resources and position among the leading construction companies in the region.
