Preparatory works for construction of buildings for the realisation of the specialised EXPO Belgrade 2027 show
Construction of a complex of the future Fair is planned at the E75 highway, to the south of the Sur\u010din jug interchange, at the spatial entity E1 towards the adopted Spatial Plan for Special Purpose Area (PPPPN), with parking lots and the related infrastructure. The site is located to the east of the state road IA of the A1 order, within the Sur\u010din City Municipality.
Selected locations where preparatory works will be executed are in the zone between future roads Nova 1, Nova 2, Nova 3, and Nova 4, which are also defined in the Spatial Plan.
The preparatory works design includes the following units:<\/p>\n

  1. Spatial entity E1\u2013 where Fair Halls facilities, storerooms and an energy block are located<\/li>\n
  2. Spatial entity E3<\/li>\n
  3. An area where the future substation (TS) and the KCS 5 buildings are situated<\/li>\n
  4.
