Preparatory works for construction of buildings for the realisation of the specialised EXPO Belgrade 2027 show
Construction of a complex of the future Fair is planned at the E75 highway, to the south of the Surčin jug interchange, at the spatial entity E1 towards the adopted Spatial Plan for Special Purpose Area (PPPPN), with parking lots and the related infrastructure. The site is located to the east of the state road IA of the A1 order, within the Surčin City Municipality.
Selected locations where preparatory works will be executed are in the zone between future roads Nova 1, Nova 2, Nova 3, and Nova 4, which are also defined in the Spatial Plan.
The preparatory works design includes the following units:

  1. Spatial entity E1– where Fair Halls facilities, storerooms and an energy block are located
  2. Spatial entity E3
  3. An area where the future substation (TS) and the KCS 5 buildings are situated
  4. An area where the Heat Source (TI) and the Traffic Area of the Terminus (JGTS) are located

  • DKA 30/125 mm: 142,880 m3
  • DKA 0/31.5 mm: 35,720 m3
  • Dredged sand: 632,450 m3
